Joyful Reset — A Wellness, Music & Nature Retreat
Join us on a precious journey in rural Ontario to reset, reconnect, and renew. At our Joyful Reset retreat you’ll explore healing modalities including meditation, mindful movement, music, nourishing food, and expanded consciousness through the gifts of Mother Earth on our working farm.

- Unstructured afternoon: ample time for rest, reflection, processing, and immersion in nature.

Practical details & packing suggestions
Please bring indoor slippers/shoes, outdoor boots, a yoga mat, a blanket, and comfortable clothing suitable for movement and outdoor time.
