Urban Escape is exactly that - a place to get everything back in check the way you've always wanted it to be.  Although we're busy scouring the world to bring a collection of the finest supplements available, we're also accredited practitioners that understand the WHY behind every product and service you'll find on our site. 

Urban Escape began as a 10-acre small farm that is now both a retreat, nature conservancy, and nutritional hub.    

Our vision and purpose is to help build the 3 pillars of whole-health:

• a proper nutritional and supplement foundation
• getting your mind and body back to a state of harmony
• surrounding yourself with good people and positivity

Most people think that these pillars aren't attainable but as with all good things, it starts with simple and attainable goals to build a bridge to success and sustainability.
